Saharsa, Bihar: Gyan Bindu GS Academy Director Roshan Anand has levelled serious allegations against the administration, claiming bias and double standards in handling cases.
Speaking on the incident, Anand said that an FIR was registered against him on June 2 around midnight and within just four hours, he was sent to jail in what he describes as a false case. In contrast, he pointed out that an FIR against another accused, Faizal Khan, was filed on June 4, but no arrest was made despite 48 to 72 hours passing.
He further alleged that during his arrest, the SHO of Kadamkuan Police Station threatened him, saying he would be ruined and forced onto the streets. Anand claimed that the administration has followed a biased approach from the very beginning and that even their FIR was not registered properly.
Expressing disappointment with the system, he said that while they expect justice from authorities, they ultimately have faith in God if justice is denied.
The allegations have sparked fresh debate over policing, administrative accountability, and equal treatment under the law.
